Colin and Ross got their first win of the 2012 season in style as they dispatched experienced opponents Granollers and Kubot in the first round 6-3 6-3.  The British pair played the big points better on the day, as they managed to save 5 out of 6 break points on their own serve, and win 4 out of 6 break points on their opponents serve.

In their quarter final they faced Dodig and Stakhovsky who beat number 3 seeds Lindstedt and Tecau on a match tie break in the first round.  Fleming and Hutchins came out all guns blazing and raced to a 5-0 lead in the first set.  Eventually clinching it 6-1.  They continued their good form in the second set rarely looking troubled as they cruised to a 6-1 6-12 victory setting up a semi-final clash with either the Bryans or Paes/Stepanek.
