Colin and Jonny travel to Monte Carlo for their first clay court event of the year.  The pair are looking to put in a solid clay court season which will finish at the French Open in May.

In the opening round they faced Austrian Julian Knowle and Wimbledon winner Frederik Nielsen.  Colin and Jonny won the opening set comfortably 6-4 but the second set went all the way to a tie break with the Brits won 9-7.  This set up a 2nd round encounter with in form Quereshi and Rojer.  In a tight first set the Brits went down 6-4, and the second set slipped away as their in form opponents took it 6-1.

Colin and Jonny will now travel to Barcelona for the ATP500.
