Colin and Ross discuss tactics

Colin and Ross produced a sterling display to defeat Tursunov and Dimitrov in the 2nd round of Wimbledon, with the match going the full distance, in the baking London sun.

The first set saw a lot of breaks of serves and both pairs returned well, but it was the Russians that clinched it 6-4.  Ross and Colin got out of the blocks well in the second and cruised it 6-2.  The 3rd set went the distance and the Russians clinched it on a toe break 7-5.  The British pair then mounted a comeback and took the next two sets 6-2 6-4, giving them their first ever 5 set victory and setting up a 3rd round tie against Huss and Fisher, which is scheduled for today (Tuesday).

In the mixed doubles Colin and Jocelyn Rae won their opening match in 3 sets, and will be in action later today.
